Heya, folks!

We're super excited to get to work on these amazing books - it's been an incredible month with all you lovely backers, and we hope you're just as pumped! In the final hours of the campaign, you've helped us cross the threshold and raise more than $30,000! Thank you all so, so much!

NEXT STEPS

Now with the campaign done, here is what you can expect in the coming weeks and months.

• First, Kickstarter will process all of your payments. That will take approximately 15 days.
• Once the payments have been processed, we will send out surveys to the email addresses you have attached to your Kickstarter account.
• Answer your survey questions and grab any extra Add-Ons you want. We will process charges for those orders a couple of days after the surveys go out.
• As we get all of the products made, you can expect to see an update from us at least twice a month. So stay tuned here for all the latest!
• Once we have the products and are ready to start fulfillment, we will post an update and send an email giving everyone 48 hours to update their addresses if needed. Once that window closes, you will not be able to update your address yourself and will need to contact us directly to make those changes.
• With addresses locked, we will start packing and shipping. This final step will take some time. We appreciate your patience. ❤️

Please be aware that the times mentioned above are estimates. We try to stick to them as much as possible but sometimes it takes an extra day or two to move on to the next phase of the process.

Hi Everyone!

We've been closing in on this for a little bit, but earlier today y'all helped us cross the threshold to our first stretch goal! Thank you! With this one secured, we'll be able to get the book printed with thicker, higher-quality paper. As we've probably mentioned before, this will not only make the books more robust, but will also give them a more premium feel!

Next up, at $50k we'll be able to get a second illustration for the rear endsheet of the book! We still have time left on this campaign, so let's see if we can get there!

Hi everyone! 

We are closing in on our first stretch goal this morning, which is super exciting! (Thank you!!!) But ahead of that, we wanted to call attention to a little mistake we made that a few people drew our attention to. The first tier, 'The Choice of Magic' Deluxe Hardcover for $85 was accidentally created with the description text for the 'All In' tier. The bullet points and the actual items attached to the tier are correct, but the description text is not.

The correct text should be as follows:

"You'll get a signed, deluxe illustrated hardcover of 'The Choice of Magic' by Michael G. Manning, all relevant Stretch Goals, and Add-On access!"

Try as I might to catch these sorts of things as I build the campaigns, and again later in review, this one somehow managed to slip through. Perhaps I wasn't properly caffeinated or perhaps I was just being an idiot. Regardless, I want to apologize for any confusion that mistake may cause for anyone considering backing— or has already backed— this campaign.
